Because we want to do our best to serve you, the City has created a form so you can report problems online and submit any suggestions and ideas you may have. We will follow-up quickly to resolve any problems and answer your questions or concerns.
REMEMBER...
This form goes to the City's Customer Call Center. Any requests for service will be routed to the appropriate City department or division, which has specific procedures for addressing service requests. For example, Code Enforcement, by law, must notify the property owner(s) and allow 15 days to remedy the problem before any action can be taken. Animal Care has a small number of officers who address various animal issues throughout the City, such as stray or roaming dogs and bite and attack cases. Priorities are established by the nature of the call.
Submitting your requests directly to the responsible department or division can expedite the response. For example, complaints about barking dogs should be reported to the Prosecutor's Office in Municipal Court at 886-2520 and requests regarding trapped animals can be called in directly to 882-6082.
