The Transportation Security Administration at Corpus Christi International Airport officially opened a 2nd security screening lane at the Hayden W. Head Terminal Security Checkpoint on Monday, May 14, 2007. The 2nd lane will be particularly useful when processing hundreds of passengers each morning due to five simultaneous departures from CCIA between 6:30am and 6:45am including: American Eagle, Southwest, ASA/Delta, ExpressJet and Continental Express Airlines.
