Other Land Development

The City of Corpus Christi owns approximately 2600 acres of land at the airport. We have space available for the potential development of commercial, retail and aeronautical facilities.

The Future Development map below outlines a few of the specific projects the Airport Staff plans to pursue. In addition to a Hotel, convenience store and a T-Hangar complex, the airport is in talks with the Coast Guard about relocating their headquarters to Airport property.
